Totterdown Baptist Church, Wells Road, BS4 2AX
You can pay on the door, cash or card, or book through this site to obtain a discounted class bundle.
On street parking in the area is free, with some interesting hills on the east side (I'd recommend the streets west of Wells Road), but please consider the bus or walking if you can, in sympathy of local residents.

Zumba Fitness
Inclusive dance-fitness session designed to get your heart pumping, and get you moving to music from all around the world.
It's good for the body, good for the soul, and if you like music it's one of the best and uplifting forms of mindfulness - shake any stresses you have away!
My classes somehow always have a beautifully inclusive and judgement-free atmosphere. Perfect for letting your inner dancer loose, however they move!

LyricalFlow
Everyone needs to stretch, a lot, in all different ways, to keep their body's working well and release built up stresses and tensions in the tissues. What if yoga wasn't the only option for stretching, and we could dance for an hour, instead?
Class format: Standing dance-stretch tracks; a warm-up then building in muscular depth as we go. Around 3 tracks on the mat/floor (removing the balance element!). A closing mindfulness meditation

About your instructor
My name is Emily Fry
I first qualified as an aerobics instructor in March 2009 (I had to skip a bit of school to do so, oops!), and teaching dance fitness has been a passion of mine in the 16 years since. I couldn't be without it - the energy and excitement that my participants bring to class really fuels my whole week, I've made great friends, and it keeps my whole body in its best health through something FUN.
I have also been busy qualifying as a rehab-level equipment Pilates instructor, studying movement, alignment and resolving pain - so you're in safe hands, I know about bodies and I'm always learning more. Please don't be shy in contacting me if you want to join a class but are wondering if it's for you.
